Today's meals:

Breakfast: rice crispies mixed with wheat chex, vanilla soy milk.
Verdict: Good Choice.

Lunch:
Fried turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese
Verdict: Bad choice, but the turkey was fresh deli turkey, and I refrained from buying "potato skins".

Drink: SoBe Power
Verdict: Always good. Vitamins and positive energy supplements, and less sugar than pop.

Snack:
a bag of Cheetos
Verdict: Bad, but my choices during break at 8pm at school were worse, and I hadn't eaten since lunch. No crashing or pigging out later for me.

Dinner:
A kosher beef hot dog on wheat bread with fat free american cheese (I can't taste the difference in this context), mustard, and some lowfat chips for texture
Verdict: Very good, although I'm sure eating late isn't good. I didn't have time otherwise, so it will have to do.
